Could we begin with a brief history of yourself and your team, and your role at TokenBuilder.AI and what you were doing before & How TokenBuilder.AI started and what primary problems does it aim to solve in the crypto space?

2016–2019 We did ICO Platform called TokenMarket from Gibraltar. We helped over 30 ICOs to launch and fundraise with $300m invested in deals and over 250,000 investors participating.
Now we are building TokenBuilder that is aiming to be a Fair Token Offering launchpad, AI-agent building app, and research platform aiming to build fairer token offerings where retail investors have accessibility to private sales like VCs
We want to bring back some good parts from the 2017 ICO era with small twist including AI integrations.

How do Liquidity Bootstrapping Pools (LBPs) work on your platform, and what advantages do they offer?

Our Launchpad starts with Fixed Price and then will work with different auction models, including LBP. We believe that crypto people will innovate new token sale methods, and we will have the best ones on the TokenBuilder Platform.
LBPs are a Dutch auction type sale where the price starts higher and then decreases based on a price curve. This way there is a unique price discovery system since very start
degens pay what they think it’s worth, instead of a fixed price determined by someone else.

How does TokenBuilder plan to address common challenges faced by new projects during token launches, particularly in terms of liquidity and community engagement?

We are building airdrops, social media and community marketing tools and extensions to improve community building and engagement.
For liquidity we will adjust the liquidity in Uniswap as we see how much there is volume. We will increase liquidity over time.
And aiming for CEX listings after the Uniswap launch
Community engagement is a hard one. We will integrate gamification features in our apps to make it more engaging for users

How does TokenBuilder ensure transparency and fairness in its token offerings?

We prefer doxed teams, if team is anonymous then they need to KYC to us. Fairness comes from that anyone can participate, no lottery or whitelisting systems, and valuations should be fair compared to what VCs paid. For example, we don’t want that our investors must pay 3x what VCs paid as then the price appreciation would happen in private markets.

Can you elaborate on the security measures implemented in your smart contracts to protect users?

All our current smart contracts are audited by a Finnish Smart Contract development company called Interjektio. Also, we have previously done one audit with Hacken. In future, as we expand our platform, we will use other larger auditors that we have open discussions with. Also, our full tech stack is based on latest technologies to ensure the software is safe as possible.

What role does AI play in enhancing the token creation and management process on TokenBuilder?

Our Platform TokenBuilder.AI is powered by AI Agent Army including specific AI-Agents for Tokenenomics, Marketing and Secondary Market. We use our proprietary data and public APIs like DefiLlama, CoinGecko, and others to gather data on best practices, and based on that our AI agents can help builders to create best tokenomics possible.
Also, for retail investors we have AI agent features coming that helps to find new upcoming fair launches.

Can you elaborate on the use of AI Agents for tokenomics. How does that work?

We have gathered (and are still gathering data) for best tokenomics, for example token pricing, vesting schedules, and utilities. For builders provide service where AI agents can create tokenomics for new crypto projects to have a pricing that is reasonable for current market, higher initial float, and our platform helps with adding correct amount of liquidity compared to market cap for uniswap.

In fundraising / launchpad the closes would be Fjord Foundry, as its the most popular launchpad platform with fair terms and open access. Also quite lately launched Legion is a fundraising platfrom that has same thesis as us: give access to deals for retail investors at same terms as VCs. We are building something that is similar as Fjord Foundry as launchpad and Virtuals as launching your own AI agents.

What are you currently working on and can you describe your future roadmap?

Product wise we are currently building the launchpad and adding new features there, such as syndicate groups where lead investor can create their own pool for their investor communities. Also, we are working on testing AI16Zs Eliza framework for our first AI agent.
In marketing we have new KOLs starting end of this week + new content coming starting from end of this week after Christmas.
We are looking for projects to onboard on our launchpad.

Looking at different launchpad methods such as lottery, or entry based on token holdings. It took some time to decide how to do the launches in a fair way but also able to have VCs onboarded.
Also building the narrative and being a storyteller so that both: crypto degens and noobies can understand and get excited. Marketing is always hard, especially if doing it organically as there are so many projects nowadays that investors can choose from.

How do you plan to attract non-crypto users? Any upcoming partnerships for real-use cases?

We will build soon an embedded wallet in our app so that the user doesn’t need metamask or similar web3 wallet. Our app creates wallet for them (they can export private key) and a fiat onramp provided by Privy will be included.
This way non-crypto people can create account with gmail -> use app’s own wallet -> top up with fiat

Can you explain the benefits of the referral program for users? What are the benefits if my referral deposits funds to Tokenbuilder?

Currently the referral program gives you 10% from your referrals investments in form of USDC. So, everyone who you refer, when they invest, you get 10% of that you can claim from the app after the token sale has ended.

How does the planned expansion to Hyperliquid’s EVM Layer 1 network align with TokenBuilder’s mission of supporting multiple blockchain ecosystems for its app?

We are looking to expand to other EVM networks that have good traction. Base is our first one. Currently we are looking at Hyperliquid because they have good traction, and they are launching an EVM network in Q1, so we could be the 1# launchpad there for new utility tokens.
