My name is Michał Dziopak, I am communications and partnerships manager in Subme, but I also hold other responsibilities as well.
Privately, I am an experienced entrepreneur, business owner of a store specializing in rare and antique books.
During my past professional life, I had a chance to work in VN where I deepened my knowledge revolving around South-East Asian Markets.
Regarding my Crypto background, My crypto journey has begun in 2018 with the famous De-Fi Summer.

What were the beginnings of Subme and why did you choose Subme as a name for your project?
MD Subme
Our project has been established in 1Q 2021. That was also the time when I started collaborating with Subme.
The name was coined after the phrase “Subscribe me — subscribe everything” from it we have transformed our slogan into a shorter version — Subme. Subscribe everything.
We have chosen the slogan above to emphasise the mission our project fulfilles — creating a marketplace for subscriptions while serving as a management tool for its users — subscriptions customers.

Can you tell us about why you thought Subme needed to be built and what problem it solves?
MD Subme
All of us sooner or later will have to face the lack of time for basic activities such as shopping, buying online, making orders: time which could be used for more important activities such as taking care of our children or elders or simply by having more time for ourselves.
So basically our project aims to solve the issue which is the lack of time through an already mentioned subscriptions system and additionally will let you save more money, make your life easier and more comfortable all through the revolutionizing approach to the subscriptions and the way we view them.

What chain is Subme built on and why did you make that choice?
MD Subme
Our project is built on BSC. We made that choice due to several reason.
The main reasons why were because all transactions have low, marginal fees, they are also quick and reliable, and — last but not least — BSC has one of the biggest communities in the world.

How would you describe Subme if you were talking to someone unfamiliar with digital assets?
MD Subme
Let’s approach it from the non-crypto person perspective. Well, that’s gonna be a long and very interesting story.

I would describe our project as a solution mentioned to the answer to one of your previous questions.
Our project, Subme is all-in-one subscriptions marketplace & management app. With our app, users will be able to store all of their subscriptions of services and goods in one place and they will manage them in an easy way.

Everything can be turned into a subscription and we will gather them in a marketplace for subscriptions. Be it any kind of goods, which makes our app even cooler.
Imagine the times when you had to order your favourite coffee but you would postpone it due to lack of your own time. Now, our app will handle the whole process for you! Purchasing, paying and delivering it right to your doorstep.
The whole process will be repeated by our app for you whether you want it to happen on a monthly/weekly or any other kind of basis.
Once you have decided to cancel your subscription because you don’t feel like you need that coffee anymore, you will be able to do it in a very easy and quick way through the digital card representing that coffee.
But, as I have mentioned above, our app will be in charge of managing your service subscriptions as well.This means you could gather your Netflix, Spotify or Amazon Prime subscriptions in one place. Pretty cool, isn’t it?
And if you don’t like them, then you can cancel them at any time without any fees.
There will be other interesting features in our app as well, such as a powerful investment tool embedded in the app or — for the crypto part.
Our launchpad called SubPad for projects partnering up with us and wishing to perform IDOs (we have to hold the IDO for the Terra Land, which made several X on a listing day!).
There is one big gaming IDO coming to our SubPad platform which we will let everyone know about through our official communication.

Regarding the tokenomics.
Our token, Subme is commonly referred to as $SUB, is a BEP-20 based token.
You could call it the lifeblood of the whole ecosystem and Subme platform. Our users will be able to get with it discounts in our app and also to pay fully for the goods and services, exchange it to other cryptocurrencies (swap), get neat cashbacks with it, sell back or hodl for its value to increase or the $SUB could be simply treated as loyalty points for our users.
Of course, $SUB operates on the BSC chain.
The initial total supply of our token was 880.000.000, but we keep performing monthly burns (we have buy back & burn program) with numbers oscillating right now.

Why is Subme disruptive? Our platform will revolutionise the present world as we know it today due to its influence on the world economy.
Subscriptions are our future.
We are disruptive through the way we approach subscriptions, how we view them, with what benefits we want to offer both to customers and sellers.
I haven’t told you much about sellers side. Sellers will be able to create their own subscriptions to which users can subscribe to.
From the sellers perspective, they will gain the fixed stream of regular revenue, loyal customers, stability and stable, predictable growth of their businesses.
It’s a win-win for both sides.

What is your strategy for marketing and for quick mass adoption? Have you already planned any marketing campaigns?
MD Subme
We have already planned a marketing campaign.
I am sure that you will be more than just surprised and amazed with what is going to happen.
Our marketing campaign will revolve around the initial release of our application on our first market — Poland and later will follow other markets where we will be present on as we will be setting our feet there.
We will run commercials on TV, we will be present in places related to public transportation, we will have our own posters, advertisements in traditional mass media (newspapers, online news sites, etc.).

However, we also have plenty of actions for the crypto side devised and have started running some of them already — Dextools advertisements (we are negotiating with the owner of Dextools — we want to create a campaign together with them).
AMAs on TG groups every week, cooperation with multiple and various crypto influencers (YouTubers, Twitter Influencers). And many other actions in the crypto sphere — competitions, possible giveaways.
We also run the bounty program : people who help us reach potential partnering projects that could hold their IDOs through our launchpad platform will get rewarded with $3000 for each project that launches SubPad as long as the collaboration with that project has been established with their help.

Are you planning any large partnerships ?

Yes, we are planning multiple large partnerships.
What I can tell you is that right now we have approximately 50 real-world economic partnerships established of different sizes.

What are you currently working on and can you describe your future roadmap?
MD Subme
Right now we are working over the release of our application’s full version which will happen in the 1Q 2022 and will be preceded by the release of the beta version and participation of beta version testers who will be recruited from our community members.
We will reach our platform on several markets (firstly European, our initial market will be Polish market, later Asian countries). The year 2022 is also the year for which we have planned to open our first fulfilment centre.

Could you please provide us with some challenges Subme has faced but overcome?
MD Subme
Sure thing. I wouldn’t call them challenges, but milestones instead, and also not overcoming but achieving them as well.
In the recent months we have been able to get listed on the PancakeSwap and BitMart, we started running the farming (V. 1.0 and V. 2.0!), we introduced staking, SubPad, as mentioned earlier.
There is a scouting program available, we created and sold our first NFTs through Uniqly.io, there is 1 million $SUB club incoming, our app is in the advanced development stage with sellers testing it out and introducing their services to it and soon we will also let the first users (buyers) test it out as well.
The full version of our application will be released in 1Q 2022.
